Originally called 'bar shoes' or 'doll shoes', the term 'Mary Jane' wasn't officially coined until 1904, when the Brown Shoes Company obtained the rights from the popular Buster Brown comic series. These vintage-inspired heels, available in three classic colors, can be customized to support our environmentally conscious values.
